Where do you ship?
We are willing to ship worldwide, however any and all customs and import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for these fees.
NOTE: Shipping is free to addresses in the 92694 zip code, discount automatically applies at check out.

How fast can I get my order?
Orders for In-Stock Items are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 Business Days of purchase. Please note that we are a small family business, and as such, we are likely to take family vacations now and then. While away, wait times will be longer but they will be communicated beforehand.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. Customers are encouraged to file a claim with the shipping company if issues arise.

Do you accept Returns?
The short answer is unfortunately, no. Amanda Peterson Handmade Studio offers a selection of physical, handmade products. The nature of handmade is that each piece is unique, even if made from the same or similar materials. We stand behind our work 100%, and each item is thoroughly inspected for quality prior to shipping. If something is defective or it is determined that the quality of the product is not satisfactory within 60 days of receiving it, we will gladly repair it or replace the item at no charge to you. We do not, however, offer refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for damages form wear and tear. How you chose to use the items purchased is up to you, we have no liability for how you use your purchased items. Customer Satisfaction is very important to us so if you do have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to resolve the issue. There are 2 exceptions to this as noted in further on this page.

I haven't received my Order! Now what?
First, if tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or check with neighbors to ensure it wasn’t delivered to the wrong address.
Second, ensure your shipping address was correct at checkout to avoid returned packages. If tracking shows it was returned to us, and was due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once you provide the correct address and pay the additional shipping charges. Alternatively, we can refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping charges (exception #2).
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. Customers are encouraged to file a claim with the shipping company if issues arise.

What if I need to Cancel an Order?
Contact us immediately if you feel you need to cancel an order. If it has not shipped, we can refund as an exception to the rule above (exception #1). If your order has shipped, however, we will follow the stated return policy.
